Short version: we hold no accounts, no balances and no gambling history.
We do not run accounts, so there is nothing to sign up for and no password to store. The site keeps one small item in your browser's local storage: a note that you confirmed your age, so the age gate does not reappear on every page.
We may use privacy-respecting aggregate analytics to see which pages are read and which are ignored. That data is counted in totals, not tied to a name, and it never leaves the purpose of improving the shelf.
Some outbound links to casinos are affiliate links. When you follow one, the casino may set a cookie so a sign-up is credited to us. That process belongs to the operator and its network, and it is governed by their privacy policies rather than ours.
We do not sell personal data, we do not build advertising profiles, and we never see your deposits, balances, gambling history or identity documents. Those exist only between you and the casino.
BetNook is intended for Canadian adults of legal gambling age: 19+ in most provinces and territories, 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. The site is not directed at anyone younger.
